Rabbi Susan Silverman is an activist, teacher, and an author.
Susan is one of the brave women involved in WOW: Women of the Wall, where she was famously arrested.

Susan has five children, three daughters, two sons. Both sons were adopted from Ethiopia.

Susan has three sisters, two of which are famous comediennes, Laura and Sarah. Susan’s husband, Yosef Abramowitz is also very well known here in Israel as a human rights activist, a three-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee, and a global social entrepreneur who was the first to commercially harvest solar energy in Israel
In this episode you will hear Susan speak about her work with the African refugees in Israel, about her home life growing up, and about how she thinks you should just adopt.
